At WF Motorsport we strive for customization and quality in all of our products. Here is our detailed shipping policy:
Production Time and Delivery
- Production time : All our parts, including steering wheels, are custom-made with care. This process usually takes 3 weeks.
- Shipping : In the 4th week the products are shipped. So you can expect your order at home within a month after placing.
Postage costs
- Netherlands : Free shipping on all orders.
- International : Shipping costs vary depending on destination. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

At WF Motorsport we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please take advantage of our returns policy:
Returns Policy
- Term : You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Product Condition : The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Exceptions : Products that are custom made especially for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transport.
Returns process
- Contact Us : Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to submit your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive instructions : Our customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to return your product.
- Send product : Send the product back according to the instructions you received from our customer service. Make sure the product is well packed to prevent damage during transport.
Return Shipping Costs
- Netherlands : The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer, unless there is a mistake on our part (for example an incorrect or defective product).
- International : International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.
